  • Cleanse with water.
    Whether it’s a warm shower, bath, or simple face rinse—use water with intention. Let it wash away the static of the day, dissolving energetic clutter and returning you to yourself.

  • Clear your field.
    Set aside at least 15 minutes for a clearing meditation. Let the
